Returns Window

Customers have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with UK consumer law. We may extend this period at our discretion.


To be eligible for a return, items must:


• Be unused

• Be in their original packaging

• Be returned in the same condition they were received

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.


Custom or Commissioned Items

Custom made or commissioned products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


Competition Entries

Competition entries are non-refundable once purchased unless the competition is cancelled by Stacked Barrels. In this case all entries will be refunded.
